Alexander Technik)<\/i><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2 sm-text-align-left\"><p class=\"bodytext\"><b>Quel est le lien entre \u00ab\u00a0work-life balance\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0performance\u00a0\u00bb?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, on a pu constater que les entreprises investissent de fa\u00e7on croissante dans les outils de gestion afin d&rsquo;optimiser les performances de leurs employ\u00e9s et de l&rsquo;entreprise.<br \/>\nTous ces outils, de l&rsquo;optimisation des processus \u00e0 la direction par objectifs en passant par la gestion de la qualit\u00e9, ne peuvent fournir les r\u00e9sultats escompt\u00e9s que si l&rsquo;organisation\u00a0dispose de collaborateurs \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, motiv\u00e9s et performants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Cependant, le collaborateur n&rsquo;est pas une machine avec un mode d&#8217;emploi et des boutons. L\u2019\u00eatre humain s\u2019organise en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et noue des relations avec soi-m\u00eame et avec les autres.<br \/>\nLe fait de consid\u00e9rer le collaborateur comme un simple facteur de production, a des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur ses performances dans l&rsquo;entreprise. Utilis\u00e9s seuls, les outils de gestion freinent les performances.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;avenir, le succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;une entreprise d\u00e9pendra plus que jamais de la volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre performants de ses collaborateurs. Ceci signifie qu&rsquo;il convient de promouvoir la volont\u00e9 de performance et de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans la culture d&rsquo;entreprise.<br \/>\nDes collaborateurs peu \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s ne peuvent pas \u00eatre efficaces!<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Dans ce contexte, le principe du work-life balance (\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle \/ vie priv\u00e9e) s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLe work-life balance vise \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un \u00e9quilibre entre les divers facteurs qui constituent notre vie : non seulement le travail et la vie priv\u00e9e ou la carri\u00e8re et les performances, mais aussi le sens, les valeurs, les relations humaines, la sant\u00e9, les finances, les amis, les loisirs, le logement, la vie sociale&#8230;<br \/>\nTout d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre dans l\u2019un de ces domaines a in\u00e9vitablement des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives, m\u00eame sur les autres domaines de la vie.<br \/>\nEn particulier on ne peut pas parler d&rsquo;un \u00e9quilibre r\u00e9ussi lorsqu&rsquo;une personne est durablement expos\u00e9e au stress ou au burnout ou r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement victime du harc\u00e8lement de ses sup\u00e9rieurs ou coll\u00e8gues. Le boreout, le sentiment d&rsquo;ennui qui affecte la sant\u00e9, comme par exemple chez les retrait\u00e9s ou les ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e, nuit \u00e9galement \u00e0 cet \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">L&#8217;employeur a une responsabilit\u00e9 sociale vis \u00e0 vis de ses employ\u00e9s, il se doit de veilleur \u00e0 leur bien-\u00eatre. Les mesures mettent l&rsquo;accent par exemple sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, la r\u00e9duction du stress, la promotion de la sant\u00e9, la pr\u00e9vention des d\u00e9pendances, du burnout et du mobbing. Une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e et des activit\u00e9s sportives pour pr\u00e9venir le manque d&rsquo;exercice peuvent \u00e9galement faire partie de ces mesures.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"bodytext\"><span class=\"important\">\u201eRaising your competence\u201c<\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Le d\u00e9veloppement personnel et l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement des comp\u00e9tences forment une base solide pour favoriser durablement l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre et la motivation des collaborateurs.
